What materials do you work with, and which fields are you strongest in? +

How do I order custom acrylic parts, and what is the process? +

The process is straightforward: 1) share your requirements (a drawing, a sample, or a concept description); 2) we design and quote; 3) once confirmed, we cut material and machine the parts; 4) assembly and inspection; 5) delivery. We hold the complete capability set in-house from design through finished product, and can produce small or large volumes to suit your needs. How can I tell good acrylic (PMMA) sheet from poor-quality sheet? +

Fresh virgin sheet transmits more than 92% of light, has a colorless, transparent cross-section, and resists yellowing indoors for 20 years. Regrind sheet transmits less than 86%, shows a yellow or blue tint at the cut edge, and yellows within about six months outdoors. Quick checks: examine the cross-section color, note any odor, and run a surface sensitivity test. How do cast and extruded acrylic sheets differ, and how should I choose? +

Both are PMMA, but the production method changes the performance. Cast sheet is polymerized from MMA monomer: higher molecular weight, better mechanical and chemical resistance, superior laser engraving and polishing, and available in the full color range and very thick gauges (only cast can go ultra-thick), though thickness tolerance is wider (about ±5%–10%) and the price is a little higher. Extruded sheet is continuously melted and extruded from pellets: tighter thickness tolerance (within ±0.2mm), flatter surfaces, good bending and thermoforming behavior, and lower cost, but lower molecular weight, weaker mechanical properties, and prone to stress cracking in contact with oils or alcohol. Cremage therefore uses cast sheet only for general industrial parts, ensuring long-term stability under demanding conditions, and recommends materials case by case when you send drawings.

What are your typical lead times and minimum order quantities? +

Samples generally take 3–7 working days, and production orders take 7–20 days depending on part complexity. Minimum order quantities are flexible: display props and similar items can be produced in small batches, while industrial parts can be run in large volumes. Exact lead time and pricing are confirmed by quotation based on your drawing. Contact our sales manager to discuss your schedule requirements and we will confirm a delivery date.

Do you support export orders and invoices? +

Yes. Our products are supplied alongside several large enterprises at home and abroad and are exported to developed markets, and we can issue special VAT invoices for domestic orders. We hold a full import & export license. What specialty treatments are available for acrylic sheet? +

We offer specialty customization including anti-static (ESD-safe), hard coating, flame-retardant, high-temperature, high-clarity, and dust- and splash-proof versions. Surface resistance can be controlled to your specification, and hard coating raises surface hardness so the sheet resists scratches and wear in daily handling. These options suit the high-cleanliness, high-protection environments of semiconductor, medical, and laboratory equipment. Machining accuracy reaches ±0.01mm. Tell us your operating conditions and our engineers will recommend the right sheet and treatment.

Can equipment guards be customized? +

Yes. We build custom acrylic equipment guards for automation and semiconductor equipment, supporting dust-proof, splash-proof, and anti-static (ESD-safe) requirements; each is machined to your equipment drawing or sample and balances visibility with protection. Prototyping runs 1–3 days, and production quantities are delivered within 10 days. Share your drawing or sample and our engineers will confirm feasibility, dimensions, and material options, then quote accordingly.

What materials can you machine, and what accuracy can you hold? +

We machine dozens of plastic materials, including PMMA, PVC, PC, PET, PP, PE (UPE), PA, PAI, POM, PPS, PBT, PPO, PU, PEI, PTFE, PEEK, PBI, PI, ABS, epoxy (FR4), Bakelite (compact laminate), silicone, and various anti-static (ESD-safe) grades. Core processes include CNC milling, laser cutting, turning, hot and cold bending, bonding, and welding, backed by comprehensive in-house machining capability. Machining accuracy reaches ±0.01mm, suitable for high-cleanliness and high-protection applications.

What are your drawing requirements for machined parts? +

We accept 2D engineering drawings (DWG/DXF/PDF) or 3D models (STEP/IGS); please mark tolerances, material, and surface requirements, and call out critical features such as flatness or hole position where they matter. If no drawing exists, we can reverse-engineer from a sample or a described concept. Our engineering team provides manufacturability assessment and design optimization suggestions before production.

Does injection molding include mold development? +

Yes. We provide a complete mold development plus injection molding package, covering design, mold trial, and volume production. Our equipment includes Haas machining centers, Sodick slow-wire EDM, and all-electric servo injection molding machines, and quality is controlled through first-article, in-process, and final inspection at every stage. Because the mold shop is in-house, design changes and trial runs are turned around quickly.

What are the MOQ and mold lead time for injection molding orders? +

Minimum order quantities are flexible, from small trial runs through to full production volumes, so you can validate the part before committing to large runs. Mold lead time is typically 15–35 days depending on part complexity, and small-batch delivery is possible right after the mold trial. Mold life and pricing are evaluated according to part structure and material; a firm quote is provided from your drawing.
