Machined Plastic Parts
The machined plastic parts business draws on multiple advanced machining centers and slant-bed turret lathes, and can machine dozens of engineering plastics including PMMA, PVC, PC, PET, PP, PE (UPE), PA, PAI, POM, PPS, PBT, PPO, PU, PEI, PTFE, PEEK, PBI, PI, ABS, epoxy (FR4), phenolic (bakelite / compact laminate), and silicone, as well as various anti-static materials. Core processes include CNC milling, laser cutting, turning, hot and cold bending, bonding, and welding, providing comprehensive machining capability. For the technical difficulties that plastic parts commonly present in machining — such as distortion and heat shrinkage — the company has accumulated extensive hands-on experience and can precisely control geometric tolerances, ensuring stable dimensions, reliable accuracy, and dependable assembly and performance under demanding service conditions.
Injection Molding and Molds
Since 2014, the company has deepened its work in injection molding. With Yizumi all-electric servo injection molding machines and an in-house mold shop, it covers the whole path from mold flow analysis and stress and distortion prediction during product design through to volume production. Twenty years of mold experience, centered on a senior design team, experienced mold fitters, and a full set of production equipment, means mold flow analysis, warp prediction, mold trials, and volume production are all handled in-house. The company has supplied more than a thousand molds to well-known enterprises, supporting customers in reducing cost and improving efficiency through precise delivery and consistent quality.
