Before cutting steel we use CAE simulation to predict risks such as shrinkage, weld lines and warpage. Combined with DFM manufacturability optimization, this significantly raises the first-try mold trial success rate, compressing development cycles and mold modification costs at the source.
A complete material database supports precise analysis based on actual material properties.
