Custom machined plastic parts for automation equipment: precision CNC machining of engineering plastics such as acrylic (PMMA), PC, POM, PTFE, ABS and PP, suited to wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and anti-static (ESD-safe) conditions. We accept machining to your drawings and reverse engineering from sample parts, with tight control of geometric and dimensional tolerances.
The company is equipped with multiple advanced machining centers and slant-bed turret lathes, enabling fast response to high-volume custom production. Machinable materials cover dozens of plastics, including PMMA, PVC, PC, PET, PP, PE (UPE), PA, PAI, POM, PPS, PBT, PPO, PU, PEI, PTFE, PEEK, PBI, PI, ABS, epoxy (FR4), phenolic (compact laminate), silicone and various anti-static (ESD-safe) materials. Core processes include CNC milling, laser cutting, turning, hot and cold bending, bonding and welding, giving us comprehensive machining capability.
We have accumulated extensive hands-on experience with the technical challenges that commonly arise in plastic machining, such as deformation and heat shrinkage. We can precisely control geometric and dimensional tolerances, ensuring finished parts hold stable dimensions and reliable accuracy for assembly and use under demanding conditions.
