With professional 3D digital design capability, mortise-and-tenon reinforced structural positioning and strict control of machining tolerances, we ensure accurate finished dimensions and reliable overall structural strength. The products resist hydrofluoric acid and strong acid and alkali corrosion. Their dense, smooth surfaces wipe clean easily and do not readily accumulate dust that could contaminate workpieces. Full-size non-standard customization is supported: ventilation and exhaust cabinets, acid and alkali storage cabinets, cleaning tanks, etching benches, waste liquid drainage platforms and more, complete with viewing windows, corrosion-resistant piping, swivel load-bearing casters and tiered shelving. The equipment as a whole is aging-resistant and will not crack in long-term use, and is suited to Class 1,000 / Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
